畑の旬だけでなく、海の旬もたまにはいいですね
今日の小松菜もやはり畑からさっと煮るだけで、やわらかくていい味
ごちそうさまでした

I ate macaroni salad, Japanese rolled omelette, firefly squid, miso soup with tofu and Komatsuna Japanese mustard spinach and rice for breakfast.
The season of firefly squid now.
I think this is nice on some occasion of not only the season of vegetables but also the sea.
Komatsuna on my parents farm is soft and tasty just boiled shortly.
