あさごはんは、油林鶏、鮭の幽庵焼き、ごはん
実家からゆずをもらってきたので、幽庵焼きを作ってみました
ゆずはあくまで隠し味程度でよいのに、ゆずを入れすぎて、思いっきり主張してきます
ふつうに塩焼きの方がおいしい
ごちそうさまでした

I ate Chinese fried chicken with sweetened vinegar sauce Yu Lin Chi with sweet potato, Yuan Yaki grilled salmon soaked in Yuzu aromatic citron and soy sauce and rice for breakfast.
I tried cooking Yuan Yaki for the first time because my parents gave me Yuzu from their farm.
I should have used Yuzu as a secret ingredients but too much and it tasted strong.
Grilled salmon as usual is better than it.
