さんまは圧力鍋で煮たので、骨まで食べられます
しかし、旬を過ぎてしまったためにさんまは小ぶりでした

I ate simmered Pacific saury with taro and miso soup with Japanese radish daikon, Chinese cabbage hakusai and deep-fried tofu for breakfast.
We can eat even bone of a saury so that I simmered it in a pressure cooker.
Although the saury was small because the best season for saury was over...
