うちにある冬野菜(大根、白菜、里芋、長ネギ…)をふんだんに盛り込もうとするとこの定番メニューになる

Is this menu exactly the same to that on 16th Jan.!?
That's why I want to cook the winter season vegetables at home, for example, Japanese radish Daikon, Chinese cabbage Hakusai, taro and welse onion.
