山形名物鶏そば、鶏を煮ただしでそばをいただきます
本当はだしがよく出る親鶏を使うといいらしいが、ここらへんでは若鶏しか手に入りません

I ate Tori-soba buckwheat noodles with chicken for breakfast.
Tori-soba is specialty of Yamagata, northern part of Japan, soup stock made by simmered chicken.
Actually it's better to use chicken which has already laid an egg, but we can't get that around here, so I used chicken which has not laid yet.
