Let's eat.
I ate mackerel seasoned with sweet sake and dried, chicken sukiyaki, miso soup with sweet potato and Komatsuna Japanese mustard spinach and rice for breakfast.
Chicken sukiyaki continuously.
I added fresh green welse onion so that leafy greens became brown 2nd day and fresh green color sharpened my appetite.
