西さんの『日本のおかず』は、カリカリになるまで肉を煮詰める濃い目の味付け
母めしは、肉も濃い目だが、卵も甘く、砂糖をたくさん使うおふくろの味
登紀子ばあばは、肉の食感をふわっとさせるために煮詰めず、そして薄味
それぞれおいしいが、濃い目の母めしがうちでは好評

I ate rice bowl topped with soboro, minced pork flavored soy sauce and sugar and scrambled egg for breakfast.
There're 3 recipe books of soboro rice bowl at home.
One is by chef Mr. Nishi's, boiled meat until it becomes condensed and have a strong flavor.
Another is by Haha-meshi homemade taste, not only mead but egg is strong flavor with a lot of sugar.
The other is by aunt Tokiko, fluffy meat and light taste.
Each are delicious, but Haha-meshi is the best for me.
