I ate scrambled egg, miso soup with tofu, wakame seaweed, green welse onion, potato salad and rice for breakfast.
Salad is leftover for yesterday.
Someone say potato salad is not side dish goes well with rice.
But I can eat 3 bowls of rice with it.
My child cooks for us every Saturday morning.
Just 30 seconds to start cooking after getting up.
