あさごはんは、麻婆なす、ゴーヤチャンプルにごはん
今年の夏最後のゴーヤ

Let's eat.

I ate mapo nasu Chinese food, fried egg plant with Chinese chili sauce,
bitter gourd stir-fried with pork, tofu and other vegetables known as the famous cuisine of Okinawa and rice for breakfast.
The last bitter gourd this summer.


FYI, it's Indian cooking day today.
My friend from south part of India taught me how to cook Indian food, Dosa masala and chicken curry.
The smell of freshly garam masala made by her brings out the flavor of chicken curry.
I think that we should grind garam masala by ourselves.

友人のフレッシュな自家製ガラムマサラがチキンカレーの香りを引き立たせます
ガラムマサラはやっぱり自分で挽かないと
