I ate simmered pumpkin with Chikuwa a tube‐shaped fish paste cake
and Soboro rice, means seasoned ground meat and scrambled egg on the rice for breakfast.
Pumpkin be here even today!
ちなみに、夕飯はインドの友人からのおすそわけ、ドーサ
米粉とウラド豆で作るクレープ、ドーサにマッシュポテトなどの野菜を包んだもの
やわらかくておいしい〜
FYI, I ate dosa which my friend from India cooked for dinner.
This is mashed potatoes and other kind of vegetables wrapped dosa.
Dosa is a kind of crepe made from rice flour and Vigna mungo, known as Urad Dal.
