Let's eat.
I ate udon wheat noodles for breakfast.
Udon had dried Shiitake mashroom, egg, deep-fried tofu and welse onion, all the ingredients was in my fridge.
I sprinkled seven spice chili mix (shiso perilla-leaf, sansho Japanese pepper, black sesame, dried citrus peel, hemp seed, ginger and red chili) on udon and became warm.
Seven spice chili mix was made in Zenko-ji temple in Nagano prefecture smells good.
This mix is one of the three major seven spice chili mix in Japan.
