あさごはんは、中華ちまきごはんとわかめスープ
ちまきに使うぶたもも肉を一晩、生姜ニンニクしょうゆ酒につけ込んでおいたら柔らかくなっていた
柔らかいのは、つけ込んだからなのか、たんに肉が新鮮だったからかはナゾだけど
Let's eat.
I ate Chimaki Chinese cake wrapped in bamboo leaves and wakame seaweed soup for breakfast.
I soaked pork meat from the leg into soy sauce, sake Japanese cooking alcohol, ginger and garlic whole night, the meat became soft the next morning.
But I don't know the reason the meat did, whether soaked the whole night or freshness in the first place.
そして、夜
夜ごはんは、チャナマサラカレー、チャパティ、パパドゥ
チャパティは、全粒粉が高いので、薄力粉まぜて節約
ごちそうさまでした
at night...
I ate chana masala curry, chapati and papad for dinner.
I cooked chapati with whole wheat flour and weak flour because whole wheat flour is costly.
Though we made chapati by only whole wheat flour actually.
