あさごはんは、モツ煮込み、レンコンちくわの煮物、ごはん、その他もろもろ
実家でののこりものをいろいろもらってきたので、品数豊富

ごちそうさまでした

Let's eat.

I ate pork guts stew, simmered lotus root and chikuwa fish sausage, rice and so on for breakfast.
Thanks to leftovers my parents gave me.

simmered lotus root recipe

[ingredients]
lotus root 10cm
chikuwa fish sausage 2
white sesame 2 tea spoon
bonito fish stock powder 1/2 tea spoon
sugar 2 table spoon
soy source 2 table spoon
oil 

[method]
1. cut lotus root into bite-size
2. slice chikuwa diagonally
3. saute lotus root in the oil until soft in the pan
4. add chikuwa
5. add stock powder and sugar a few minutes
6. add soy source 
7. after turn off the heat, sprinkle white sesame
