夏はナスを食べるための油林鶏でしたが、冬はだいこんを食べるための油林鶏
久々に作ったので、だいこんに片栗粉をまぶし忘れ、たれがうまくからまない
下ごしらえは大事

I ate Chinese fried chicken with sweetened vinegar sauce Yu Lin Chi, miso soup with wakame seaweed fried tofu Abura-age and tofu and rice for breakfast.
Though I cooked Yu Lin Chi to use up eggplant in summer, to use up Japanese radish Daikon in winter.
I forgot to cover Daikon with potato starch and didn't mix it with sweetened vinegar sauce well.
It's important to prepare.done!
