あさごはんは、さんまの煮付け、さつまいもとしいたけのみそ汁、白菜と厚揚げのあんかけ、ごはん
里芋をあせって強火で一気に煮たので、つやもなくぱさぱさな仕上がり
手を抜くとすぐに味に出る
師走ですが、余裕をもった生活を心がけるべし

I ate fried simmered Pacific saury with taro, miso soup with sweet potato, shiitake mushroom and Aburaage fried tofu, fried Japanese cabbage and Atsuage thick deep-fried tofu dressed with a thick starchy sauce and rice for breakfast.
I simmered taro on a high flame in a lather and did not a good finishing job.
Easing up on the cooking appears bad taste.
Keep a peaceful mind well ahead of time.
