だいじなお米 just rice but rice for Japanese people


いただきます

あさごはんは
、油林鶏、中華スープごはん
とうとう新米、と言っても去年の秋に収穫した米の在庫が尽きてしまったので、今日から古米、というか去年の秋以前の米を食べています
明らかにちがう
同じ長野のお米だけれど、新鮮さというだけでこんなにもちがうなんて

ごちそうさまでした

Let's eat.

I ate 
Chinese fried chicken with sweetened vinegar sauce Yu Lin Chi with daikon white radishChinese soup and rice for breakfast.
At last used up rice harvested last autumn, and ate rice harvested 2 years ago from today. They are totally different.
Though both were from the same farm in Nagano prefecture major production area of rice, just different fresh or not. Just rice but rice for Japanese people.
