畑でとれたニラは枯れかけている茶色い部分を1つ1つ切り落とし、一緒にとれた雑草や小虫を払いのけ、よく洗う
実は食べるまでがけっこう手間で、ニラを育てていても、実際は、面倒なのでスーパーに買いに行く人が多いんだとか
でもうちがそこまでしても自家製ニラを食べる理由は、安さ、安全性、おいしさ、その作業なかなかきらいじゃないという気持ちから

Actually it's hard work to manage Chinese chive from our own farm, cutting the part of withering to a brown color one by one, removing weeds and small insects and washing well.
Even those who cultivate their own Chinese chive on the farm, some of them often purchase it at a supermarket.
The reason why I eat my own chive by all means is reasonable, safety, tasty and it's OK to do such a chores.
