あさごはんは、厚揚げの酢豚、かぼちゃのそぼろあんかけ、ごはん
酢豚にはピーマンの代わりに万願寺唐辛子を投入
今日もひたすらに掃除
京都の老舗旅館俵屋では、毎日男衆が3時間かけて部屋を磨くんだとか
さすがに3時間も掃除はできないけれど、その意気込みを忘れずに
ごちそうさまでした
Let's eat.
I ate Subuta sweet sour pork but I use atsu-age deep-fried tofu instead of pork, deep-fried pumpkin with minced pork starchy sauce and rice for breakfast.
I put Mangan-ji green chili instead of green pepper into Subura.
I'm devoted only to clean also today.
It seems that men staffs clean all the rooms for 3 hours a day at Tawara-ya one of the oldest and most famous hotel in Kyoto.
Though I can't do so long every day, I'll do that in the spirit of them.
