あさごはんは、麻婆なす、蒸し鶏と万願寺唐辛子の塩炒め、ごはん
夏の定番ごはんもだんだん飽きてきたので、少しづつアレンジ
いつもなら蒸し鶏はきゅうりのサラダのところ、万願寺唐辛子を塩で炒めたものと合わせてみました
これもまたうまし
ごちそうさまでした

Tired of eating standard menu in summer gradually and tried arranging it.
Usually cooked streamed chicken with cucumber but today mixed fried Mangan-ji green chili.
