あさごはんは、冷やし中華
冷やし中華麺を買うお金がなかったので、うどんの要領で小麦粉をこねて、限界まで麺を細く切ってみました
ごま油としょうゆベースのつゆも作ってみました
見た目はとってもおいしそうなのに、この小麦粉の麺が合わないことこの上なし
ごちそうさまでした
Let's eat.
I ate chilled Chinese noodle with boiled chicken, fried egg, cucumber and cloud ear mushroom for breakfast.
I made noodles by myseld, kneading flour like udon noodles and shreding as possible as I could, because I couldn't afford to buy ready-made noodles set.
I tried making seasoning soy sauce with sesame oil by myself, too.
It looked good but tasted,,, noodle didn't go well with sauce.
