あさごはんは、とりチャーシュー入りチャーハン
とりチャーシューはしょうゆ、砂糖、しょうが等々好きな調味料と共にとりむね肉を5分位煮込む
あとはその鍋に布をかけて保温しながら、ゆっくりさませばできあがり

Let's eat.
I ate fried rice with roast chicken flavored soy sauce and sugar and so on, egg, onion and carrot for breakfast.
I simmered chicken breast with say sauce, sugar, ginger and some seasoning as you like for about 5 min.
And I kept warm its pot covered with cloth, and cool it down slowly.
During cooling down, the taste is soaked in.
Simple but tasty.
