あさごはんは、まぜごはんと大根・肉団子のお吸い物
肉団子がぷりっぷりでうまし
いつもはすべての材料を一気に加えてテキトーに混ぜて作っていましたが
今日はレシピに忠実に、始めにひき肉と塩を入れてねばるまで混ぜ、酒以外の調味料を混ぜ、最後に酒を入れて柔らかさを調節、弱火でコトコト煮込む
こんな当たり前のことをちゃんとやってみただけで全然ちがうじゃないかっ

I ate Maze-gohan added seasoning minced pork, egg and mitsuba Japanese honewort into rice mixed well,
Japanese soup with Japanese radish daikon, meat ball and Japanese honewort mitsuba for breakfast.
How chewy and plump meat balls were!
I make meat balls adding all the ingredients and mixing little usually,
but today mixed minced meat and salt well at first, next the other ingredients except sake alcohol , at the end adjusted tenderness by adding sake, and simmered it over low heat. I followed it to a recipe.
Common sense, being nothing special makes success.
