[ingredients]
2 green pepper
1/2 pack maitake mushroom
salt
pepper
oil
ponzu citrus with soy sauce as you like
[method]
1. slice green pepper
2. cut maitake mushroom into bite-size
3. saute green pepper and maitake in the oil in the pan
4. season salt and pepper
5. pour ponzu as you like when you eat
