あさごはんは、油林鶏、春雨ニラスープ
今日も中華風
油林鶏の衣はぽってりと卵、片栗粉を厚めにまぶすと甘酢だれがよくからむ

ごちそうさまでした

Let's eat.

I ate Chinese fried chicken with sweetened vinegar sauce Yu Lin Chi,
Chinese soup with Japanese cabbage hakusai and bean-starch vermicelli and rice for breakfast.
That's Chinese style also today.
I should dredge Yu Lin Chi batter with eggs and potato starch plump to coat chicken with sweetened vinegar sauce.
