気合入れててりてりに仕上げました

Let's eat.
I ate simmered Pacific saury with Japanese radish Daikon,
miso soup with fried tofu aburaage, wakame seaweed and green welse onion and rice for breakfast.
This is really the last Pacific saury this year.
I tried glazing it with soy sauce and sugar putting spirit into it.
