あさごはんは、えびチャーハン
えびの下ごしらえ皆無でのぞんだから、なんとも味気ないチャーハン
いろいろ調査した結果、下ごしらえ時、えびには塩こしょう、酒、片栗粉をまぶすといいらしい
ごちそうさまでした
I ate fried rice with shrimp, egg, onion and carrot for breakfast.
I should have made preparation shrimp and it was sloppy.
As far as I found out, we should dress shrimp with salt, black pepper, sake Japanese cooking alcohol and potato starch before frying.
